As many of you are aware WSI created a foundation a few years ago called “Make Child Poverty History”. Currently we have been able to help over 300 children and that continues to grow through all of our efforts.

The Vision: It is important to GIVE BACK. How can we do that? Well we had such success at the Orlando E&I conference with a golf event we have decided to put together a “worldwide” golf event. WSI, internet consultants, business partners, clients, family and friends will golf on one specific day, in all regions around the world. We have selected June 19, 2009 as that day. It is a great opportunity to network with clients and prospects, increase awareness through social responsibility and just to have a great day of fun!!!

Our goal is not only to make this an annual WSI global event but to bring awareness to all areas of the world about the starving children whom without all of our help have very little to look forward to in their lives. This year’s event will be on a smaller scale compared to what we are planning for 2009. Watch for it!!!!

You can either golf with just a group of 3 friends or organize a mini tournament in your area. If you organize a tournament a “Best Ball” Scramble format is probably the easiest to do, we have rules posted to help you.

The Tournament will start in New Zealand, move to Australia, Middle East, South Africa, Europe, UK, South America, Eastern Canada/US, Central, Mountain, Pacific time zones, ending in California.

We ask that a $25.00 USD donation be made per golfer when registering for this event and WSI will match every dollar that is being donated.
